We know there’s a title to a house, but what the heck is it? There are a lot of documents you’ll need to thoroughly read, in the escrow process; and title is one of the more overlooked documents. Make sure you review title with your real estate agent and understand any liens, encroachments, easements, etc. that may put a cloud-on-title.
