Well, what can I say, every time I’m on Hollywood Boulevard I see something interesting to add to the “Hollyweird” Category. However, I must say seeing Jesus and Colonel Sanders at Coffee Bean on Hollywood Boulevard is my all time favorite!

Since his death, Sanders has been portrayed by voice actors in Kentucky Fried Chicken commercials on the radio, and an animated version of him has been used for television commercials (voiced by actor Randy Quaid). Sanders also appeared, portrayed by drummer Brooks Wackerman, as part of Tenacious D’s backing band for their last world tour….but I’d say this guy has him nailed!
Ya, this character actually gets a lot of work from “his look”
The Jesus loves KFC!
They are definately hanging out right now in Heaven…
…or just on Hollyweird Boulevard LOL!
Harland “Colonel” Sanders, YOU ROCK!
AWESOME!
Is that a full time job? How do they make any money?
They usually ask for tips, but these guys were just taking a coffee break. Mann’s Chinese movie theatre is across the street.
Either of us work for tips as we are both professional actors. West Hollywood Jesus (Kevin Lee Light) is an local Hollywood actor and I, the Colonel Harland Sanders impersonator actually works for Kentucky Fried Chicken on occassion as one of their official spokepersons. This video was filmed 2 years ago when I traveled to Hollywood to fo a KFC appearance in LA. We are both good friends and we had stopped for a bit of coffee together.
It was so great seeing you! In fact, we jumped out afterwards and gave you a tip since we know you do work for tips. It was such a great encounter! Via Hollywood!
I am happy you got back to me. I do not recall you, or anyone approaching us afterwards and giving us a tip. As I said, we do not solicit tips, nor do we accept them. We do not need them, at least I don’t. I was being a tourist that day as it was my first visit to Hollywood.
