I had the fortune of seeing this property come on the market in 2007 as a dated “fixer”.  As agents, we don’t always know the intention of the buyers. In this case, they were wanting to fix & flip with no intention of living in it.

Note I said I saw it in 2007, yup, right before the big crashes…so, this project most likely would have commanded the steep $5million price now, then. After almost 111 days on market, it may take a while for the right buyer to appreciate this complete remodel. If it’s location you’re after, the views are absolutely stunning!  My one critique, the upstairs is more like one big bedroom.  In fact, all the bedroom placement is a little wonky, but hey this houses really isn’t for the convenience of anyone except for the person I want to be BFFs with when they through the next party!
