We know there’s a title to a house, but what the heck is it?  There are a lot of documents you’ll need to thoroughly read, in the escrow process; and title is one of the more overlooked documents.  Make sure you review title with your real estate agent and understand any liens, encroachments, easements, etc. that may put a cloud-on-title.

You never know what you’ll see when driving in Los Angeles.  I happen to be driving closer to teh Beverly Hills area and noticed a unicyclist was moving faster through traffic than I was.  What’s wrong with this pictures. I felt a little like the intro to the movie Office Space (click if you want to laugh).  If you’ve seen it, you’ll know what I mean!

It took Los Angeles County Parks Department, along with the State park system, years to get this vision to become a reality. When your driving down San Fernando Road, near Glassell Park off the 2, look south and you’ll be suprised at this green oasis admist teh Los Angeles River and the railroad tracks.

Well, what can I say, every time I’m on Hollywood Boulevard I see something interesting to add to the “Hollyweird” Category.  However, I must say seeing Jesus and Colonel Sanders at Coffee Bean on Hollywood Boulevard is my all time favorite!
